Programmer Analyst
Maintained in-house and canned software for Order Entry system in RPG/400, RPG IV, and Free Form RPG.
Analyzed and Enhanced Automated and Free Form Invoicing systems to enable multiple stop detention billing and added automation features to both systems.
Maintain GetPaid A/R Collection programming for A/R collections. Also wrote and maintained download GetPaid interface program for Detention Billing.
Maintain batch and interactive programs in Accounts Receiveable system.
Maintain Project Management through RPM WIndows Office package.
Changes helped generate an extra $2.5 million of Revenue in 2005 for Detention Billing.

Programmer Analyst
Maintained in-house and canned software for Order Entry system in RPG/400, RPG IV, and Free Form RPG.
Created Rug Label layout and interface, which included an initiated method of viewing previous label layouts for selected products.
Selected as part of database conversion team by Customer Service director due to proven ability to correctly and promptly complete assignments, including prior database conversion work.
Created software in RPG IV and RPG Free-form, including subfile utility which allows programmer to check for unassigned work, and would automatically check out related programs and/or files, mark the assignment with the programmer ID, and disallow any further checkout relating to assignment. Process cut down on time taken to manually check out for changes and mark as complete. Also gave a quick view on demand for what work was completed.

Maintained JBA Software package and created manufacturing, order entry, production reporting, purchasing, credit, and manufacturing accounting reports and interactive applications that interface with JBA system files.
Created software in RPG III and RPG IV.
Created sub-filing system in which the end-user entered data directly into open subfile fields. After data was entered, validly entered fields would become protected and an option blank would appear in front of line for maintenance. This would allow for entry of data with much reduced effort.

Liberty Insurance Services, Greenville, SC May 2000 - February 2001
Database Conversion Specialist
Mined data and Converted data from Companies in the Insurance Industry to Liberty Insurance Services system.
Created a system that bridged other insurance company key data files for conversion to the LIS system.
Automated an auditing process that included manually calling individual queries, entering the result data, and comparing the fields. This process was very time-consuming and left much room for human error. Was reduced to calling one front-end program and letting the AS/400 do the work much more proficiently.
Maintained RPG 400 and ILE program on the LIS system.

Columbia Co Board of Commissioners, Evans, GA September 1998 - May 2000
Database Conversion Specialist
On team to make AS/400 system Year 2000 Compliant.
Created System for New Storm Water Runoff Tax
Maintained in-house and canned software in RPG IV.
Restructured Columbia County Fire Department System from COBOL to newer RPG IV system with updated subfile listing front-end system.
Supported hardware, as well a software, throughout Columbia County during non-office hours.
