Head of Testing, investment management business of the investment bank, July 2007 to Present
* Head a centralized global testing group of 29 test staff in the investment management business.
* Increase quality and speed of testing services while reducing costs.
* Develop plan & estimates of test projects' costs, staffing and resource requirements and schedules.
* Interview and hire testing resources. Responsible for a group of 29 test staff including test
managers, analysts and test engineers. Negotiated testing group budgets.
* Assure multiple concurrent projects meet quality and testing standards and requirements throughout the
software development lifecycle.
* Lead and coordinate project stakeholders in the processes of passing project "quality gateways". These
