Content produced was included on product CD-ROMs for Backup Exec for Windows 95, Direct Tape Access for Windows, and other data backup products. * Developed HTML-based online help system for Backup Exec Small Business Server Suite for Windows NT. Wrote the content for the Users Guide by using the product and working with the software development team. * Produced the first animated videos to be included for promotional and instructional use as a key component of a released product in the companys history. * Delivered multimedia and audio content to the R&D department for a number of other product releases.
