2007 to Present
The Learning Care Group (Houston, Tx.) Area Maintenance Supervisor -I maintain all building issues (inside and out), of 4 Daycare facilities. I work hands on with contractors and/or vendors when needed. I troubleshoot and repair electrical,refrigeration, alarms, carpentry, plumbing,
elevators, sheetrock, painting, etc. I process work orders, records, via company software. I ordered supplies as needed and kept inventory. Communicated verbally and via company computer with my peers and associates.
2006 to 2007 Chateaux Fall Creek Apartments (Humble, Tx.) Maintenance Supervisor -I maintained all building issues (inside and out), of 116 unit property. I worked hands on with contractors and/or vendors when needed. I troubleshoot
and repair electrical ,refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, etc. I achieved company goals on work orders, make readies, etc.
2004 to 2006 Villas @ Foxbrick Apartments (Humble' Tx.) Maintenance Supervisor to Assistant Property Manager -I maintained all building issues (inside and out), of 200 unit property. I repaired electrical , refrigeration,
carpentry, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, etc. I achieved company goals on work orders,
scheduled my staffand worked with contractors as needed, etc. These and other job skills lead to becoming the Assistant Property Manager which involved leasing, collecting money and delinquent rents, enforcing community policies, processing lease paperwork. etc.
2003 to 2004 Boiler Specialist (DaYton, Tx.) Crew supervisor
-I supervised a crew of 4 in the preventative maintenance and
maintenance of the boiler system utilized by Luby's Restaurants to heat the food lines.

Maintenance Assistant -I assisted in maintaining all building and ground issues of 340 unit property. I worked diligently to provide great assistance to the lead maintenance. I repaired electrical, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, etc. I achieved company goals on work orders, make readies, cleaning, landscaping, snow shoveling, etc.
1995 to2002 Brule River Hotel (Brule, Mn.) Maintenance Supervisor-I maintained all building and ground issues of 60 unit hotel. I repaired electrical,refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, etc. I cleaned and turned rooms for the next guest, landscaping, cleaned camping grounds, snow shoveling, etc.
