Quickly built tenancy to one hundred percent, with a negligible overall vacancy rate despite turnovers. Supervised facility upgrades, maintenance, and performed various tenant services as needed. Additional: Assistant to residential managers, responsible for building operations during their absence, and tenant assistance as needed.
April 2005 To Present: Curator Corridor Gallery. Selected artists and works for exhibits. Designed installations, and lighting. Created and distributed promotional material and maintained press contacts. Handled patron contacts and sales of artwork. Responsible for the maintenance of the facility and safe handling of artwork. Created and maintained website. Additional: Supervisor of Curatorial Interns, Angle Gallery. Hired intern curators and provided instruction and supervision of their work.
