I have worked with Owners, Contractors, Architects and Engineers on commercial, and industrial projects in various cities around the United States.

I have extensive experience in construction management, project management, contract bid preparation, bid analysis, change order preparation and reconciliation, contract negotiations, contract writing, contract reconciliation, draw requests, expediting, safety oversight and compliance, contract management, project scheduling and customer relations. I am computer literate in IBM and Mac. I have extensive experience with all Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Project, as well as Primavera P3 and Suretrack Scheduling, and Expedition Project software, as well as graphics, desktop publishing, and 10 years of AutoCAD 12 experience.

Working as Project Engineer in the Commissioning and Acceptance Dept. at the National Enrichment Facility of LES, Louisians Energy Services in Hobbs, NM. Start-up and Commissioning Mechanical Systems and Buildings.
