Project Highlights:
Created and maintained all processes related to the changes required to the host system to support the installation of the Manhatten Associates PkMS Warehouse management system. This includes order filling, inventory adjustments, order shipping, cycle counting, receiving. After installation of the PkMS system, continued in a support role for all of the interfaces between the host system and the PkMS system.
Was instrumental in the design and implementation of a new vendor returns system that allowed ABC to send vendor returns to a third party for processing.
Supported all programs and processed involved with the day to day operation of the all AmerisourceBergen divisions. Including inventory adjustments, order entry, order filling, pick ticket printing, receiving, purchasing, customer returns, and vendor returns.
Maintain current programs on the AS400 as requested by AmerisourceBergen management and associates.
24 hour on call support for problem management for AS400 programs in all areas of operation as required by AmerisourceBergen management.
Travel to AmerisourceBergen divisions for Distrack to Star and PkMS conversion support.
Instrumental in the Knowledge Transfer process for outsourcing all IT functions to offshore resources
