EXPERIENCE:
I have held various one or two month technical writing/instructional design contracts with government agencies, colleges and fortune 500 companies. Throughout these assignments I developed various policies, standards, procedures, RFPs, user guides and training materials. I coordinated material reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SME), development team members and technical experts, and edited the materials as necessary. I maintained materials version control, provided development status and published completed materials to development team shared locations.

Kforce, Inc., Tampa, FL, 7/2006 until 10/2007 and 7/2008 until 7/2009
HRIC Analyst/ Curriculum Developer (Consultant - Astrazeneca): Developed PeopleSoft HR module upgrade and initial implementation training products using the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) OnDemand product. Developed Softscape based Global Rewarding Process implementation training products using Adobe Captivate 2 and Snagit products. The blended learning products included Web-Based Training (WBT), Instruction Lead Training (ILT), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quick Reference Cards, Instructor Guides formats and Glossaries. Operated as a critical team member of the Global Training Team (GTT) on the HR1 and Rewarding Performance Projects, which were based in England. These teams consisted of members in China, Japan, Sweden, India, UK and US. Coordinated training products reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SME), GTT members and technical experts, edited the training products as necessary then published and deployed approved training products following the SCORM guidelines.
