Consultant - Londen Insurance Co - Phoenix AZ Aug 2005 to Present

* Provide system analysis, design and project management to Londen's AS/400 system. Developed new business systems from user requirements. Initiated design, development, testing, implementation and ongoing support for end users and management.
* Designed/Developed funeral home pre-payment processing system. This system supported a new business venture for Londen Companies. It managed pre-payments of funerals while the life insurance was being processed.
* Designed/Developed new tax processing procedures that gathered tax data, allowed edits and corrections, and transmitted to IRS for processing. Implemented 7 different tax form types.

* Provide business systems analysis and support to the design, development and implementation of enhancements to Kraft's Customer Service Financial Systems. Work with a cross-functional / divisional team and subject matter experts to coordinate enhancement requests and derive comprehensive business and functional requirements. I then translating those requirements into software design specifications; led the software development lifecycle to deliver application upgrades, affecting web-based and AS400 systems. Provide support and coordination for ongoing system support and application problem diagnosis and resolution.

* Continuous application development / enhancements to the Customer Service Financial System. Analyzed issues where the current system output was not consistent with output from other systems. Took the system from being almost eliminated because of poor and unreliable output to a system that was consistent, accurate, and reliable within Kraft.

* Designed/Developed Statement Payment System that took open credits in A/R and automatically created checks based on profiles that sales could setup for individual customers. (Web Based Utilizing AS/400 Web Server, RPG/IV and Java Scripts)
