Has over thirty-five years experience in the engineering and the planning field in the international marketplace. He has functioned in various Engineering and Program Management capacities for the Fortune "500" companies, the U.S. Government and many of the international PT&T's. He has worked internationally in over forty countries of the world.
As an engineer,he has design and implementation experience in satellite communications, fiber optic networks, LOS Microwave, Cellular Radio and telephone switching systems. Other technical expertise is in traffic analysis, network planning, Internet design, proposal preparation and the implementation of feasibility studies.
In the early nineties he functioned as technical consultant with HISPANET, Spain. His responsibilities included the network design of low-density digital ground stations, VSAT applications, cellular radio systems and new international gateway stations to support the "92" Olympics at Barcelona.
His financial planning activities included:
* The preparation of feasibility studies to ExIm bank for a major telecom expansion in the Philippines,
* An international gateway station for ONANTEL the PTT of Burundi via the South African Development then located Bujumbura, and
* INTERNET Service for Coite d'Ivoire via the ADB in Abidjan.
Earlier as a consultant he addressed both LAN and WAN applications in Andalucia in support of the World's Fair for Seville "92". He headed a team of engineers and accountants who were responsible for the financial planning associated with these projects. Other efforts included heading a study to determine what to do with the facilities in "93" when the fair closed.
