Biography:
After graduating cum laude from Salem State College with a degree in marketing, I pursued my MBA in Organizational Behavior and International Business at Suffolk University, Boston Massachusetts. I am presently interning at Contemporary Innovations, an International Consulting firm in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a marketing associate, I contribute to the overall business planning, market segmentation, overall marketing strategy and go to market programs for small technology companies' worldwide. My contributions include market research, demographics, and recommendations for potential investment with estimated penetration into this highly specialized market. I not only contribute in the areas of research, but I also participate in the presentations for the CEO.
My studies have brought me around the world including Europe, Asia, and Australia. While a student at Salem State College I spent a semester studying abroad at Bond University in Australia, traveling to Sidney, Melbourne, Great Keppel Island, Whitsunday Island, and having the privilege of scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef.
Some of my past experiences include international business travel representing the Storage Networking Industry Association (the SNIA) in Asia. These experiences include several business meetings and personal relationships with universities in Tokyo, Japan, (University of Tokyo), Australia (Bond University) as well as in Beijing, China (Tsinghua University).
In January 2008, I continued cultivating new international business relationships with the Business School of Sao Paula in Brazil while visiting as part of my studies at Suffolk University
I was also selected as a recipient of the Suffolk University Boardroom Leadership Scholars Program. This is an honor that will help further my education in the corporate world as well as giving me a great opportunity to discuss newly developing issues with one of today's leaders in the industry.
I have been a lifelong resident of Marlborough, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston, graduating from Hudson Catholic High School in 2003. My younger sister Danielle is graduated from Assumption College in 2008. I enjoy traveling, emerging technologies, and their impacts on new market trends.
