* Designed and constructed the IT infrastructure for insurance company offices. Implemented eleven servers, Cisco infrastructure, workstations and telephones. Worked with network integrators as well as general, construction, electrical, data communications and telephone contractors to design and construct network in newly built space. Project completed three months ahead of schedule.
* Planned and built law firm computer network. Implemented six servers, Cisco infrastructure, workstations and telephones.
* Designed and constructed the IT infrastructure for risk management firm's new offices. Moved twenty-five servers, built new Cisco and 3Com infrastructure, Ghosted and rolled out one hundred seventy-five workstations, moved and reinstalled firm's telephone system. Coordinated network integrators, general, construction, electrical, data communications and telephone contractors to construct a new network in space acquired for FOJP's expansion. Construction of a new server room, all data and telephony services, and related electrical and environmental systems.
* Rolled out redundant messaging systems: Designed and installed an Exchange cluster with EMC SAN storage and load-balanced Outlook Web Access/SMTP front end servers.
* Implemented load-balanced Citrix farm.
* Installed load-balanced file and print servers with storage on EMC SAN.

Network Administrator for the three organizations: monitored all network events; monitored Cisco IPS activity and updated its signatures and service packs; monitored bandwidth usage; monitored servers' operating statistics; arranged for 24/7 response to events; coordinated weekend and holiday technical support coverage; coordinated consultants as needed; arranged monthly network health checks with outside consultants; provided maintenance as required; reviewed anti-virus and anti-spam quarantines; managed daily system backups.

Contract Manager for the three organizations: administered new contracts and renewals for maintenance and licensing from approximately thirty different vendors.

Supervised technical support staff who responded to trouble calls from the three organizations as well as 5 satellite hospital offices and various home offices.

Prepared and oversaw the IT budget. Specified and wrote proposals for projects to be done in budget year, prepared the overall IT budget request, and monitored spending throughout the year to conform to approved budget.

Web Management for the three organizations: updated websites as needed and coordinated and provided technical support to outside design consultants.
