Technical Business Analyst
I currently work on Multiple Software projects at Webster Bank. I work on the Webster Integration Layer (WIL) Team. My main Role is to work with the Business, developers and QA in gathering requirements and building or enhancing new functionalities or services. By doing so I write complete BRD's/TDD and uses case so the developer has first hand Knowledge of what the user wants and expected from the products/ services they are building; In so doing I also use story boards to help in the initial phases of the scope development and requirement gathering process. This was one of the largest Projects of American Express when compared to any other projects done so far by the company. The main goal of this project was to introduce a new credit card to the already existing credit cards by American Express. Before the card could be introduced the BA created the graphs using micro strategy based on the business requirements. The new product was linked to the actual, by graphs showing the important data. After the data was thoroughly analyzed the new product was introduced to the public with a new product ID.
