My engagement has been Directed at re-engineering Command Center Technology and Processes to ensure the continual requirement for Decreasing MTTR whilst increasing the portfolio of critical applications supported through M&A. The Command Center handles over 7000 Critical Incident War-rooms per year, each Incident is deemed as Serious Life, Customer Satisfaction or revenue threatening in nature.
I have successfully implemented tactical changes to meet short term inadequacies, whilst aligning the Command Center to meet today's challenges in the Health Care Industry to deliver a sustainable strategic business unit key to Delivering Customer satisfaction and Share Holder Value through Increased Application and Infrastructure Availability.

A international developer of mobile-industry High Availability, carrier-grade technology platforms, Consultancy provision on New Digital Media integration.

Chief Technology Officer: Company founder with direct authority for all aspects of daily operations and technology architecture. Led business development efforts. Formed strategic joint venture partnerships for international expansion. Secured financing, managed P&L and created budgets. Chief Technology Officer: Company Founder, developing overall business strategy and serving as External consultant as Chief Architect for projects with third-party FTSE 100 companies. Selected ex-military Data Center facility and architected the infrastructure that is still in operation. Directed all business development efforts, including contract and supplier negotiations. * Initiated Data Center / BC / DR strategy to focus entirely on wireless carrier outsourcing (first in the UK), successfully architecting and implementing a third-party application platform and global gateway for Vodafone UK.
* External consultant that Architected and led MVNO implementation strategy for BT Mobile and Vodafone for data transition and product distribution.

Niche Telecommunications consultancy specializing in Network Management solutions, Disaster Recovery, Interim change management and Service Delivery improvement consultants.

Senior Consultant: Oversaw client projects such as millennium infrastructure program transitions, disaster recovery efforts and outsourcing supplier selection. Led business development efforts and managed $50 million budget. Ensured high availability and infrastructure renewal for clients. Served as the senior consultant for corporate consolidations and mergers. Major clients included Mirror Group Newspapers, British American Tobacco and British Telecom Managed Network Services.
* Developed and implemented successful disaster recovery program for Mirror Group Newspapers that allowed production and printing of the only local newspaper following the Canary Wharf bombing.
* Successfully outsourced datacenter operations for British American Tobacco from the UK to Germany and internal IT systems to Sema, overseeing all aspects of the multi-year, multi-million contract.
* Spearheaded the consolidation of multiple remote office operations into 1 global head office for British American Tobacco, leading infrastructure team and designing the new system.
* Designed a high-availability Data Center architecture for British American Tobacco, providing Y2K compliance and business critical factory systems to enable 24/7 operations and monitoring.
* Led a complete renewal of UK and European infrastructures for British American Tobacco to provide for zero downtime of critical factory systems.
* Architected and implemented network management systems to enable the outsourced integration project following the Lloyds Bank and TSB merger, designing a network of more than 500,000 elements to minimize system failures that cost $12 million GBP for every minute of downtime.
* Designed and implemented a network management system that significantly increased factory up time and global profits for British American Tobacco.
