* Project development for the merger work of Wells Fargo/Wachovia Bank
* Wachovia Account conversion integration follow up, state by state
* Account Bridge Project-Create 11 new programs that could look up account information on both Wells Fargo accounts and Wachovia accounts including, Savings account, Checking account, IRA, CDA, Capital account, Mortgage loan, Consumer Loan, Stop check and hold information. Etc.
* Work with 12 application teams to integrate the implementation flawlessly

* Developed an Excel spreadsheet to record all on-line and batch programs for the team, convert the main frame batch file into the spreadsheet format. A very complicated process involved main frame flat file convert to XML file. From main frame environment download to PC environment using MVS platform. Convert PC XML file to Excel format. This process can also convert other flat files to Excel for easy data manipulation, and vice versa.
* Maintained and updated the Program spreadsheet for all new programs created and delete obsolete ones.
* Coding, testing, and implementation of program changes according to the technical specification given by the project leader. Using Cobol language to develop new programs in the CICS, MVS, IMS environment, also use DB2 to insert, change, and delete data from the database of the bank.
* Co-ordinate meeting, produce documents for projects, process changes, testing scripts, and testing results. Using MS-suite tools such as Word, Excel, Power point, Visio to work on different kind of documentation.
* Co-ordinate with business partners to secure the proper UAT testing and results.
