Contract Recruiting and Strategic Planning Assignments include the following clients; Ardent, AT&T Federal Systems, Barquin, Crucial Security, CACI, CTGi, Gaits, General Dynamic, Lincoln Group, Maryn Consulting and Net2000. Team with hiring managers to evaluate and prioritize requirements as well as identify resources; source, prescreen and pre-close applicants; manage interview scheduling and hiring process; EOE and OFCCP compliance. Provided staffing strategic planning, build implemented and managed staffing organizations and process. Negotiated and managed vendor relationships. Planed /managed open house, target email campaigns, job fair, print, radio and internet/web, employee referral, college alumni, referral and direct sourcing activities. Projects included DoD, Non DoD, Intel Community and OCONUS programs. Positions included secret, ts, ts/sci, ci and lifestyle poly levels security clearances.
