PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Project Management and Product Implementation
* As an Analyst, Product Implementation/ Project Manager, was tasked with driving the implementation, planning, and installation process for a wide range of automated Cardinal Health PYXIS products including Pharmacy and Medical Supply Dispensing Systems.
* Responsible for coordinating and leading post-contract implementation project planning and progress meetings with customer team and internal project team members.
* Led project team members as well as provided mentoring and direction for customer members of the project team.
* Planned for all post-contract implementation including but not limited to planning for equipment delivery, staging equipment for phase install, developing training plans, consulting customer on potential policies and procedural plans, coordinating with Hospital IT team, etc.
* Using the established Cardinal Health PYXIS project management process, managed projects ranging in scope from single unit small clinic installations, multi-unit expansions, large scale product upgrades, to leading a team that may install projects of over a100 units crossing multiple products in large hospitals or hospital systems.
* Performed pre-contract walk-thrus with sales team, as well as customer project team members which included, upper level hospital management, nursing, anesthesia, and pharmacy dept. directors, hospital IT, hospital Engineering dept. responsible for construction if necessary, materials management, etc.

Applications and Technical Management
* During product implementation prepared all stations to communicate with main console server over the hospital network using static and DHCP IP Address, subnet mask, and gateway.
* Responsible for responding to and troubleshooting system issues post product implementation whether through the application or defining a customer network problem.
* Performed system and virus updates as well as running scripts in SQL to resolve system issues or custom scripts for reporting purposes.
* Dialed in remotely to correct system and or user issues into the main console server, the interface server, or directly into a user station.
* Upgraded several accounts to more modern up to date platforms which required software and hardware related tasks to sometimes over 100 units hospital wide.
