INFORMATION OFFICER / DIRECTOR, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - DITECH.COM (2005-DEC 2007)
Promoted to oversee all systems, supporting applications, and infrastructure related to ditech.com, including consumer facing web sites and primary point-of-sale/loan processing system, with additional responsibility for the GMACM Direct Lending channel. As a member of the ditech Executive Committee, ensure fulfillment of IT and call center needs for 1,600+ users of internal systems, the ditech business, external customers, and IT related costs and budgets. Manage internal staff of 70+ and additional staff with outsourced vendor.
Manage and direct efforts for a portfolio of 40+ applications/services and all areas of IT, including data center, infrastructure, application development, quality assurance, project management, release management, networking, database administration, telecommunications, and security. Served as voting member on the GMAC ResCap Information Privacy and Protection Committee, approving both business and IT privacy/security policies and procedures.

Selected Highlights:
* Reduced staffing and G&A budget by $2.7 million, outsourcing costs by $700,000 and employee turnover from 42% to 0% for 6 months ending in 01/07.
* Spearheaded IT team efforts in the 2006 ditech.com redesign project, completing project on time and 19% under budget as company achieved ~.5% conversion increase and $8 million in new revenues, incorporating consumer lab study findings, dynamic messaging, web analytics, and rate functionality. Led 2007 redesign, including development, testing, and security scanning, in 5 weeks as opposed to 10-12.
* Facilitated annual commissions savings of ~$2 million and improved profitability by leading IT group in modifying 2 commissions systems to allow for changes to agent pay plans. Reached goals in 4 weeks despite group's unfamiliarity with systems and initial 3-4 month projection.
