8. Administration module involving 4 cycles of the order process:
• After the order is placed, the user uses cycle 1 module called as “Enquiry” to call the customer and enquire about whether he/she is interested in accessories that come with the product or offers a better deal meeting the requirement of the customer. • After the enquiry is made, then the order goes through the cycle 2 module called as “Approval” where the user calls the credit card company and asks for approval for the amount being transacted. • After credit card company approves, then the order goes through the cycle 3 module called as “Authorization” where the credit card is actually charged using a device for the amount being transacted. • In the last cycle i.e “Shipment”, the order is made ready and sent via FedEx or UPS or via any other shipment carrier as mentioned by the customer while placing the order online.
