* Mask Inspection Tool - scans 100 to 300 mm wafer solder masks searching for blocked holes as small as 50 - 100 microns in size, and capable of scanning 400,000 holes in 80 seconds with visual feedback * Laser Crown Adjust Tool (LCAT) - measures and micro-machines the read/write heads that are 1mm square for hard disk drives to achieve positive crown of 5-10 nanometers, which ultimately increased information transfer speed
