Headquarters: Trenton, NJ Intern: Product Licensing & Product Development- http://www.terracycle.net/en-US/ Converting Unilever tubs into flower pots: o Responsible for finding a manufacturer in the mid-west or west coast to complete the job of turning Unilever plastic tubs into flowerpots by punching a hole design in the bottom of each tub. o Was able to negotiate the asking price from $.11/per tub to $.04/per tub and create an earning potential of $55,000. Additional Responsibilities: o Solved problems in creative and innovative ways such as finding the least expensive means of defacing Capri Sun juice pouches before shipment to China. o Brainstormed new product ideas to upcycle out of waste that cannot be recycled.
