I was responsible for maintaining 3b2 600 & 3b2 1000 mini-mainframe computer, Spark station, AT&T 6500 cluster controller, 1 T1 circuits and 3comm controller. Installing software and backing up computer system. Providing login and passwords to co-works. Contact customer when circuits were completed and pull reports and presented them to the supervisor.

TRCC Transmission Restoration Control Center. We received reports on failed system and took appropriated action in restoring service. First determine where the break was in the system and patch around it. Dispatch the appropriated work group "Central Office, Field tech, Splicer or Construction to recover system.
