Professional Experience:

Web Administrator, Prescott College 11/2005 - 9/2007
I was responsible for daily website maintenance of PC's 2000+ page site. I also Managed 30+ content contributors using Macromedia's Dreamweaver/Contribute system. I built many auxiliary websites for various groups associated with PC, and trained each client to maintain their own web. I created a web committee of 28 department heads working to re-build PC's website using a Content Management System (Joomla). This effectively gave each department the ability to maintain their own website, allowed for department specific custom website features, and took some of the burden off of an understaffed IT department.
I moved on to work from home as a freelance web developer. I have a letter of recommendation.

Information Technology Manager, LaserGifts.com 11/2003 - 11/2005
I constructed a LAN/WAN comprised of a five location multi-state VPN and a laser engraving factory.
I Setup and maintained a Win2003 Server, Red Hat Linux server, and two Snap 2200 mirrored backup servers.
I built www.LaserGifts.com's retail and wholesale web sites as well as backend administration tools.
I helped with construction, staffing, and sales in our trade show booths. Sales goals were met or exceeded for every show.
I was offered a much higher paying job at Prescott College as their top web person

Internet / Marketing Solutions Director, Think4inc.com 11/2001 - 08/2003
I developed from scratch and successfully marketed T4I's website, reaching $30+ K /month in less than two years.
I Integrated T4I's business systems with the website (shipping, inventory, accounting) and saved massive data re-keying time and money. I designed all of Think4inc's graphics for print, internet advertising, product packaging, signage, and corporate identity. I also built and staffed many tech trade show booths from the Pomona Computer Fair to Mac World.
I moved on for irreconcilable differences. I'm still on good terms with the company, and have a letter of recommendation

Solutions Specialist, Argosy West Computers 02/2000 - 11/2001
Effective Apple and PC hardware, software, and peripheral sales earned me Apple's top sales designation, Apple Certified Product Professional. I Created two Yavapai College (yc.edu) $2,000,000 bond issue TV commercials using Apple's iMovie in just under 14 hours in an emergency situation. I was featured in Apple's monthly mailing as one of their success stories.

Extensive customer relations and situation management training resulted in a 98% customer approval rating.
I moved from Phoenix to Prescott, AZ and decided that the 2hr commute was too much
