* With the use of Microsoft Visio, documented the topology of SFWMD's microwave system and the entire SCADA network for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and Florida State's Emergency Management Division.
* Developed templates and full documentation for the multibillion-dollar Everglades Restoration Project.
* Developed on-line Structure documentation using HTML, RoboHelp and FrameMaker.
* Based upon Government guidelines, assisted in enhancing educational and training intranet sites using HTML and FrameMaker.
