Senior Business Analyst 2002-2003

Provide leadership for a team of 3 who provide production support for the Advanced Loan System. Led a conversion for a software client who was moving up through several releases of ALS and changing from a VSE to an MVS environment. This resulted in a successful relationship with the client. Responsible for balancing ALS and providing solutions for resolving problems and issues on the system. With my leadership the project was completed on time. Position reported to Production Support Manager.

• Successfully led a team of programmers and provided Client Support while working from home.

Team Leader 2001-2002

Provide management for a team of 6 who provide production support to 7 clients in a processing center and 32 software clients remotely located. Acted as a “step in” manager which included providing input to employee reviews and managing implementation of projects into the production environment. Act as Client Advocate for one bank by monitoring work activities and projects while also performing the duties of a Business Analyst and mentor for the Advanced Loan System. Position reported to Production Support Manager.

• Led a team of programmers on a high-profile conversion from a competitive softward client to the Advanced Loan System. This included designing conversion specifications in concise and understandable format and managing project plans for an overall long-term project of 8 months.


Senior IT Programmer 1998-2001

Responsible for leading a large bank conversion to the Advanced Loan Software. Maintained a strong work ethic while working as a telecommuter. Provided daily production support functions such as maintenance and enhancements to the Advanced Loan Software. Position reporting to Production Support Manager.

• Provided excellent production support and emergency support for the Production Environment from a remote location. Had a 99.9% success rate in installation of tested software into the production environment.

Responsible for providing On-site client support for the Advanced Loan System. Acted as liaison for bank operations and ALLTEL.
