I was brought into this company to assist in the growth of its e-commerce design. Greater flexibility in managing of their current website(s) Dynamic inventory management Other Custom and Dynamic Changes
The first was to debug a modular platform integrating the database into their main website.
While maintaining the current website(s) I created a more sophisticated and modernized look while we began the process of integrating a new WYSIWYG e-commerce site. I was also largely responsible for maintaining an inventory of 17,000+ items while developing new pages with customized graphics, and modernized looks.
As a marketing coordinator I developed “Black Friday” “Cyber Monday' and “Holiday” promotional pages. 10,000+ customers would be driven to these pages in a several hours and I successfully increased sales through excellent design.
I was then asked to help convert the entire site over to a new e-Commerce platform (3DCart); as the shopping cart software was mostly automated, it required creating a database and creating numerous excel function to manage a massive inventory.
