We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Business Support Analyst for our Phoenix, AZ facility.

As a Sr. Business Support Analyst for USAA you will be responsible for the implementation of solutions for the most complex business problems in support of senior management across the LOB. Serves as team lead to other Analysts who are responsible for supporting key operational functions and providing recommendations for improvement. This is the highest level in the Business Support Analyst career path.

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS.
5+ years of analyst or equivalent experience.
Must be an expert in a wide-variety of systems coordination, process/product review initiatives and the development of management information requirements for related business functions.

Preferred:

Significant CACS programming, CACS administration, and/or CACS management experience.
Proficient at adaptive controls, such as TRIAD, Probe, and ACS, on consumer products portfolios.
