Search America, LLC is premiere executive search firm specializing in placing executives and professionals with internet and emerging technology companies throughout the US, Caribbean, and internationally. Currently we are searching for a CTO/Lead Developer for one of our exclusive clients in Ohio. This company is an established software company in the legal industry expanding its product lines and needs the right IT leader to help move them to the next level.

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate is experienced in .NET, Perl, PHP, database design, vortex scripting, and networking skills. This person will not be performing daily development tasks but will need to have hands-on open source development skills to mentor direct reports. This person will manage 12-15 developers and will guide the software development process and strategy for the company. This client is looking for a strong technology expert as well as a great IT leader with tremendous interpersonal, communication, and project management skills and experience to lead a team of product developers and assist in customer management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BS degree in Computer Science or related field from four-year college or university and 7+ years related experience required. Open source technical skills. Experience in a legal environment is a plus.
