Responsible for ensuring optimal eCommerce site availability and stability, and situational awareness for all operating technologies driving divisional performance. Provides technical leadership and support to the team in order to successfully operate application technologies. Under the direction of the CTO, works closely with eCommerce Architecture, Corporate IT and eCommerce development teams to deploy and support world-class online retail services.

Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years IT operations management experience
• Advanced knowledge of UNIX, TCP/IP, WAN and LAN network management, and web technology principles and trends.
• Knowledge of Java, J2EE, ATG, SQL, UNIX, Scripting, Perl, monitoring software, and Jira.
• Supervisory experience working in an online IT operations department/organization with a 24X7X365 support model.
• Experience and advanced skills working with online technology processes, incidents and monitoring.
• Experience building an online IT operations department and associated processes.
