The position of Technical Trainer is based out of our Warrendale, PA location. Role responsibilities include:

Ability to travel approximately 50% to major US cities to conduct product training to customers, partners and employees
Working closely with the Product Management Team to design and revise learning guides, instructor-led training, web sessions, web-based training, quick reference cards, job aids, and PowerPoint presentations
Maintaining accurate attendance records and evaluations
Becoming proficient with company products and services
Moving, shipping, and setting up equipment for training delivery

Requirements:
4 years training experience and a minimum of 2 years technical training experience
Bachelors Degree in Education, Information Systems, or Information Technology
CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications
Training certification such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Certified Technical Trainer+ (CTT+)
Instructional Design,. Technical Writing, and Web-based training experience
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience with Adobe Captivate or Trivantis Lectura
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to travel approximately 50%
