Industrial Wisdom is searching for an experienced Project Manager to supervise UI integration for complex software projects. This is a part time position to start with opportunity for full time. You will work in a virtual environment from your home office with weekly team meetings and daily team interaction. The PM will be involved in both pre-sales and project management. By following Industrial Wisdom's proven processes & procedures, the Project Manager will enjoy long term, challenging projects with a highly experienced team and proprietary process.

The role of the Project Manager requires a seasoned professional who is motivated by innovative projects and a passion for emerging technology. Additional requirements include:
• Minimum 3 years experience with various technologies and skill sets including CMS, CRM, search engines, portals, ERP, User Experience Design, Information Architecture, and software development
• 2 years experience as complex software implementation project manager/leader
• Experience working with front end development of applications
• Understanding of UI principles
• Technical understanding of JAVA, JSP, object libraries
• Technical understanding of Struts II
• Technical understanding of API specifically Eclipse
• Experience with Sterling software applications a plus
• Minimum 2 years team management experience
• Estimating, scope of work, budget tracking and resource management
• Demonstrate a broad business sense & solid business judgment, entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity & persuasive confidence and creative problem solving ability
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including presentation and facilitation skills
