Mandatory Requirements : Number of Position : One 1. 7 years of experience with project management. 2. 7 years of experience with information system implementation and acceptance testing. 3. 7 years of experience interfacing with all areas affected by the project including stakeholders, program/business/relationship managers, vendors and end users 4. 7 years of experience with CRM deployment. 5. 7 years of experience in integrating with SAP. 6. 7 years of experience in developing and delivering presentations. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Facilitation skills. 9. Ability to engage client executives.
Desirable Requirements : 1. 5 years of Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus. 2. 5 years of experience in Project management certification. 3. 5 years of experience in knowledge, experience and projects deployed for a call center (311) and processing of work orders in a public sector environment. 4. 5+ years of Knowledge and experience integrating COTS (Customized off The Shelf) solutions with the Mainframe and with COTS Work Order Management applications. 5. 5 years of Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance.
