Must Have Skills:

Very good English language verbal and writing skills.
Must be able to write precise technical and business requirements
Extensive experience with gathering business requirements, analyze existing system and translate to technical design requirements
Should be able to understand complex system architecture and application to comprehend business and end user needs
Experience in a structured software development methodology.
Must be willing and able to work at the code level, as well as work with customers.
Should be able to work on multiple projects at one time
Thorough knowledge of software testing tools and methodology
Good understanding of Star Schema and data models.
Demonstrated skills in leading test and validation of star schemas
Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Nice to have:

Basic to moderate knowledge of SQL skills in SQL server environment.
Must be able to write basic SQL statements for data extract.
Knowledge in using Excel to create Pivot tables, and accessing multidimensional cubes from Excel.
Basic Knowledge of database management system
