Industrial Wisdom is searching for experienced User Experience Designers. IW provides long term project consulting with staff and partnership options to highly professional team players. You will work in a virtual environment from your home office with weekly team meetings and daily team interaction. IW sales team provides high level project work and project management. By following Industrial Wisdom's proven processes & procedures, UXD will enjoy long term, challenging projects with a highly experienced team and proprietary process. Qualified candidates must function as both User Experience Designers and Solution Architects.

Qualifications for IW UXD consultants include:
•Minimum 5 years experience with web technology, including experience in design, developing and maintaining enterprise-wide web initiatives
•Working knowledge of information design and web development lifecycle
•Background in usability testing, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
•Demonstrated understanding of UXD theory and enabling technologies through successful past projects
•Familiarity with a wide variety of technologies including CMS, search engines, CRM, portals, etc.
•Familiarity with UXD in non-PC contexts, including mobile devices, kiosks, etc.
•Familiarity with emerging technology and UX trends and the ability to advise customers appropriately about their use
•Demonstrate a broad business sense and good business judgment
•Demonstrated ability to understand the business consequences of technical decisions and communicate appropriately with team and clients.
