eiWorkflow Solutions, LLC is a software consulting firm based in Albany, NY. We are currently looking for an Oracle Project Manager for a long-term consulting assignment in Albany, NY

Mandatory Requirements:

• The equivalent of five (5) or more years of full time experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with Unix based Oracle databases in the multi-terabyte range.

• The equivalent of three (3) or more years of full time experience in a project involving : databases of health care claims and/or health care eligibility data and/or other highly confidential data in a government agency or a company involved in the administration, implementation or operation of a health care program, such as Medicaid, Medicare or a third party health insurance company. (These 3 years can be used as part of the 5 year requirement listed above).


Desirable Skills:

• The Project Manager should demonstrate at least two years experience with supervising other staff in the execution of complex programming and analytic assignments.


• Experience with multi-terabyte Oracle databases and the special challenges they pose.


• Experience with client-specific confidential data, especially experience in an environment in which HIPAA requirements must be met.


• Experience with medical claims, especially Medicaid claims.


• Experience working closely with staff of various levels of computer literacy.
