Our client is looking for an exceptional candidate with demonstrated technical ability to provide support for the Company's voice and data telecommunications systems. The Telecommunications Analyst will have the ability to perform diverse tasks and projects that leverage both technical and managerial skill sets. Specific responsibilities include developing appropriate and cost-effective telecommunications solutions, assisting with help desk calls, coordinating work changes, administering corporate telecommunications assets and contracts and providing assistance with the development and analysis of the department budget.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, A concentration in Telecommunications or Information Services is preferred. Candidates should possess knowledge of various telecommunications systems such as PBX, Key systems, voicemail, communications circuitry, cell phones, pagers and WAN. Familiarity with Nortel Telecommunications related equipment is desirable. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional problem solving, analytical and interpersonal communication skills. A working knowledge of accounting practices and principles is required.
