Our client is a Buffalo based business servicing a nationwide customer base looking to hire a Sr. level Network Administrator. Will be responsible for Windows Server, Exchange mail server, SQL database servers, Cisco and VPN, and various other system components.
This is a permanent position with competitive salary and excellent benefits. Will lead junior level staff and report to the IT Manager.

Skills required:
• 4-5+ years working experience as a Network Administrator in a complex distributed environment
• Installation, configuration of Windows Servers, maintenance and performance monitoring
• Exchange Administration
• Active Directory and Group Policy administration
• Hands on experience with Cisco, Citrix and VPN
• Supporting internal staff and external sites at the advanced level
• Experience with phone systems, network planning and design, cabling, etc.
• Basic experience with Network Security, auditing, and mandatory back up and recovery

Education:
• MUST possess a Bachelor\'s degree or have 5+ years of hands on skills and a 2 yr degree
• Cisco certification is a strong plus
• MCSE is a plus
