VOLT Technical Resources is searching for a Senior Level Business Analyst with an excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and have worked through each phase. The ideal candidate will have an ability to see the "big picture" when it comes to software development and hands on experience with large ERP implementations as a Business Analyst. This includes working with all different types of key stakeholders within the implementation - end users, Testers, Developers and C-level stakeholders. The Business Analyst will use their excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills coupled with a passion for delivering high quality enterprise software systems.

Major Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, code/configure, integrate, test and debug of application software.
Aid in tier three support activities and training, as necessary, to ensure successful adoption of software systems.

Required Skills for this Senior Business Analyst position includes the following:

Strong conceptual Business Analysis skills.
Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and have worked through all phases from requirements gathering through to implementation and sustainability.
Expert level experience working with the implementation with a variety of ERP modules, including manufacturing, payroll, financials and warehouse from a Business Analysis viewpoint.
Very strong experience instituting SDLC methodologies.
Expert level experience with ERP applications, especially in a manufacturing environment - Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0/2009 is highly desirable.
