We are seeking a Developer Analyst 2 (2303) -- Austin, Tx

Minimum Requirements:
• 5 Years -Experience in designing and implementing best of breed Graphical User Interface in business-oriented applications.
• 5 Years -Understanding of HTML/CSS and Web 2.0 principles
• 5 Years -Experience in Human Factor Design.
• 4 Years -Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web-based applications
• 4 Years -Experience in designing both internet and intranet web applications.
• 3 Years -Experience in Rich Internet Application UI design
• 3 Years -Working knowledge of image manipulation/ processing software (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Fireworks/Dream Waver)
• 3 Years - Strong visual design skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, patterns) and a fanatical attention to detail down to the pixel level.
• 2 Years - A strong understanding of modern web practices to create an efficient user-experience
• 2 Years -A good understanding of cross-browser issues and their workarounds.
• 2 Years -Knowledge of best practices in the areas of application design, performance, scalability and maintainability.
• 2 Years -Understanding of some server side code is needed, such as Classic JSP, ASP
• 2 Years -Ability to interact with others easily, present technical information in non-technical manner, and provide explanations, as needed, to both the project team and possibly an end user

Preferences:
• 2 Years - Experience in designing web site which is ADA compliant

• 2 Years - Experience using DHTML or AJAX to enhance the user experience

• 1 Year -Experience in Adobe Flex and Action Script.
• 1 Year - Experience with Welfare Eligibility Business Concepts
• Strong-Familiarity or knowledge of Rational tools
• Strong-Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
