We are a San Francisco based startup that develops apps for facebook and other social networks. We are currently in the process of developing a flash game and need an elite front-end UI designer to help us make the product intuitive, polished, and fun!

The ideal candidate would:
-Be fluent in HTML and CSS
-Be very comfortable wireframing and designing user flows for web applications
-Have experience using Photoshop, Fireworks, or equivalent to create static mockups
-Thrive working remotely with a process that is highly iterative, fast-paced and requires timely delivery

-Take the initiative on designing UI features with a high-level understanding of the product's goals
-Strong communication skills are essential
-Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and Flash is a plus

This is initially a contract / hourly position that will certainly lead to assignments on a consistent basis if we are impressed with the initial project. Compensation is competitive.
