A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience required.
Experience with Microsoft .NET 1.1/2.0 deployments required.
Minimum 3 years experience supporting Microsoft IIS in a Windows 2000/2003 environment required.
Minimum 5 years Windows server administration experience required, including application connectivity to SQL Server through ODBC/ADO.
Experience with hardware & software load balancers, such as F5 BIG-IP and Microsoft NLB required.
Knowledge of scripting languages, such as VBScript or PERL required.
Experience with Single-Sign-On architectures, such as RSA Cleartrust or Netegrity required.
Experience writing technical documentation and procedures required.
Experience developing application monitoring or working experience with enterprise application monitoring tools preferred.
Experience with TCP/IP and Active Directory preferred.
Ability to train other Application Services Team Members on supported applications.
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and initiative requiring minimal supervision.
Strong problem solving skills with experience to support performance & configuration issues.
Excellent organization skills and an attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Be able to consult and meet with personnel at all levels of the matrixed organization to discuss business requirements and potential solutions.
