Remedy / ITSM (Service Management) Developer
Contract To Hire
Location: Plano, TX

Essential Job Functions:
The ITSM Developer will be responsible for the documentation of requirements, designing ITSM solutions to meet requirements, developing /testing /implementing solutions, and meeting customer requirements. Will also support existing ITSM 7.5 implementation.


Required Qualifications:
• ARS / ITSM 7.x development experience
• Able to effectively communicate to team, customers, and management.
