DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Heavy end-user and customer interaction in the formal requirements gathering process, requirements documentation, analysis of business and user needs and translation to technical specifications; (2) Creating, managing, and maintaining use cases and use case models; (3) Working closely with various internal and external groups, business partners, and third party organizations in the identification, isolation, troubleshooting, and correction of system/application/software bugs; (4) Acting as a liaison between technical groups, business users, customers, and other entities; (5) Providing leadership where required as a project or team leader to a wide variety and diverse group of business and technical professionals; (6) Providing analytical guidance and feedback to various entities throughout the development life cycle.

REQUIRED:

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience functioning as a TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS ANALYST in a clinical healthcare environment with a STRONG/CURRENT background gathering business requirements, documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, development of user stories, and design and documentation of high level business design.
