DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a 'business analyst' liaison and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development, support, and integration of software; (2) Acting as a liaison between software development staff, other technical entities, third party organizations, business partners, and end-users/customers; (3) Providing guidance and assistance on software functionality, software operation, software support, and resolution of technical issues with software and software integration; (4) Evaluating changes in the marketplace and with regard to customer needs and assisting with the future development of new software functionality and new software; (5) Design and development of documentation for new software, existing software enhancements, etc.

REQUIRED:

3 years of CURRENT/STRONG experience as a BUSINESS ANALYST or SYSTEMS ANALYST with a STRONG background in integration or interface development with HL7 or EDI or X12 or XML using TCP/IP, HTTP, and/or Web Services protocols for transport.

MUST have stunning communication skills (verbal and written), as well as excellent customer facing skills with a flair for presentations and delivering a truly phenomenal customer experience.
