Monitor the RATIONAL tools performing troubleshooting, tool integration, and problem resolution.
Answer correspondence from employees relating to RATIONAL tool problems and work on providing resolution.
Document problems and resolutions worked on in a timely and efficient manner.
Create Policies And Procedures Governing Request Responses.
Managing Expectations and Schedules for IT Resolution Activities.
Monitor And Analyze Statistics And Trends Impacting IT Use And Issues.
Supervising Creation of Communication Tools for Team Members.
Assists in the development and review service level agreements with other areas of the Solution Center to increase overall satisfaction with RATIONAL support.
Need Multiple Tools knowledge/experience on CQ, ReqPro, CQTM, RPT, RFT plus Plans, manages, and controls the day-to day activities of an offshore team that provides Level 1 and 2 support for the RATIONAL tools.
