We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst for our San Antonio, TX facility.

As a Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst for USAA, you will provide integrated analysis of the competitive landscape to proactively drive operational, tactical, innovative and strategic business decisions.

Job Duties:

Work with senior leadership to identify key competitive intelligence requirements.
Manage a wide range of professionals and practitioners in intelligence collection activities.
Analyze information from sources, assess the value of those sources, and merge with insight related to USAA.
Identify, plan, and manage competitive intelligence activities.
Ensure application of 'best in class' competitive intelligence methodologies to address industry issues.
Serve as the key source for competitive intelligence information for specific products/lines of business at USAA.
Debrief, present, and interview senior leaders related to the intelligence cycle; advise them on next steps.

Minimum Requirements:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience .
10+ years of experience in competitive analysis/intelligence or related research field.
Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior business leaders.
Highly developed critical thinking/analysis skills; ability to identify trends.

Preferred:

Experience in the financial services field; focus on investment management industry and financial analysis.
Candidate has demonstrated knowledge of the High Net worth, Brokerage, Mutual Fund, and Retirement landscapes.
Graduate degree preferred.
