Currently, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and proactive Account Representative to contribute to the growing success of our organization. The successful candidate will be an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills, strong ability to generate new business and establish strong relationships with new clients. Your contribution as an Account Representative will build on the success we have realized thus far by continuing to sell solutions oriented services that meet the growing needs of our customer base.

Responsibilities:
As an Account Representative you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling Waggware's suite of IT Staffing Solutions by way of prospecting and establishing new relationships with target customers. The position will require you to conduct telephone cold calls, engage in prospecting activities, follow-up on leads, attend both trade shows & industry events and continually develop a network of customers and prospects.

The duties and responsibilities as an Account Representative will also include, but are not limited to the following:

• Building relationships with new customers and prospects
• Identify high-potential prospects amongst existing and potential customers
• Prospecting via telephone
• Prospecting via Social Media
• In person meetings and other innovative networking techniques
• Promote Waggware services through networking events, conventions, trade shows, public relations events, etc.
• Facilitating and driving customer/prospect business meetings and sales processes
• Negotiating and closing new accounts in Canada
• Meeting and exceeding business and sales targets/objectives
• Maintaining sales databases and documents
• Working with Director of Sales and Marketing to develop innovative Marketing strategies to support the increase of revenue
• Cultivating relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities
• Partnering closely with Human Resources and IT Recruitment team to clarify job requisitions, assist in customer introductions, and flawless customer servicing of the accounts
• Other Accounts Representative duties as assigned

Additional Skills Required:
• 1+ years sales experience preference given to those with an IT recruiting background
• Creative thinker and an ability to tailor products and services to meet client needs
• Internet / Social Media marketing experience is an asset
• Demonstrate ability to move an account successfully through the sales cycle
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detailed oriented environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
• IT industry knowledge is an asset
• Preference will be given to those candidates holding a Certified Sales Professional Designation.
• Demonstrate ability to work on a Team
• Knowledge and willingness to record sales activities in a CRM Software Application

Some travel will be required.

Car Allowance (Mileage)

Recommended Compensation:
$37,000 - $44,000 Base Salary Plus Commission paid out quarterly

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree or College Diploma from an accredited educational institution in a business related field
