This individual will be responsible for supporting the contract program manager. This individual will be designated a “key individual” by the Government.

At least 15 years (additional preferred) progressive experience in:

*Combined Intelligence Community and DoD experience
*Operation and maintenance of IT environments, consisting of linked servers, network devices, storage devices, OS, etc.
*Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce maintaining the equipment above which are geographically and temporally separated from each other.
*Proven ability to obtain and maintain “Authority to Operate” certificates from the accreditation process.

*Familiarity with general trends in the commercial IT environment to ensure that the CORE infrastructure is modernized in accordance with those plans, such as the use of virtualization (VMware for instance);
*Modernization of both NAS and SAN, and the use of CISCO ASA routers in lieu of TACLANEs.
RDEC is transitioning to the Single Integrated Test Environment (SITE).
*Experience in managing both NAS and SAN storage environments
*Experience with both CISCO ASA and TACLANE routers
*Strong experience with VMWare or equivalent
*Demonstrated experience in managing a disparate workforce, whose members are separated by large geographic distances
*Demonstrated experience in obtaining system and network level ATOs and accreditations.
*Good knowledge of 64-bit operating systems.
