As a Client Services Engineer on our team in NY, you will be working with our business development team to drive the growth of Adap.tv. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert to clients and prospective clients. We are looking someone with a technical background, preferably with experience with Web and Flash player development in the video advertising industry. The position requires excellent technical and communication skills and familiarity with emerging Media and platforms. Our ideal candidates love learning new things, solving hard problems, and are highly motivated to deliver exceptional service while optimizing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Client Services/Professional Services/Consulting experience is required.

• Work closely with Customers to understand their key pain points and business reasons for making use of Adap.tv's technology.
• Develop, and assist Customers with the development of, Flash player integrations with Adap.tv's OneSource platform.
• Develop integration plug-ins to connect ad sources to the OneSource platform.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving HTML, Flash, Javascript, Action Script , and other web technologies
• Participate in pre-sales activities (sales calls and visits)
• Serve as a technical point of contact for our clients
• Maintain an ongoing dialogue with clients to facilitate growth, gather feedback, and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with our business development and partnerships teams to provide excellent technical and functional insight
• Provide technical training to clients on the Adap.tv service offering
• Develop and maintain Adap.tv technical documentation
• Develop sales and account management tools as needed

Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience; MS a plus
• 5+ years experience working with web technologies including HTML, Javascript, Flash, XML, etc.
• 5+ years experience working with large, Enterprise-level customers
• Aptitude for and interest in mastering new applications and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to interact with clients, executives, engineers, business analysts
• Familiarity with project management. PMI certification a plus
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Open to some travel to visit clients and prospects
