Web Developer -- C++ and PHP
NYC Area

Position Overview:
C++/PHP Developer who wants to be part of a new and exciting company in the social media industry. Responsibilities include the following:
• Programming tasks directly related to User Interfaces
• Liaise with designers, developers and investors to implement new programming features
• Write code that is clear, clean, readable, portable, reliable and manageable

Requirements:
• Experience Programming with C++ and PHP is required
• Integration work on 3rd party software through APIs
• Experience building abstraction layers
• Experience working with LDAP
• Development experience with front-end web development technologies including: MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, XML
• Front-end GUI experience
• Experience with end-user paradigms for web and desktop applications
• Experience with APIs
• Demonstrate interest in social networking industry (social networking industry experience is a plus)
• Must be legally authorized or able to obtain legal authorization to work in US

Reports to: R&D Project Manager
Education: BS in Computer Science
Location of office: NYC
Compensation: competitive and based upon prior earnings
